After the Angelus, pope Francis announced in his speech on Sunday February 1st 2015., that he will visit the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo, on June 6th 2015., and urged the believers to pray.
„Dear brothers and sisters, I want to announce that on Saturday, June 6th, if it pleases God, I will go to Sarajevo, capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. From now I ask you to pray that my visit to these dear people becomes an encouragement to the faithful Catholics and becomes yeast of good and contributes to the consolidation of brotherhood and peace, interfaith dialogue and friendship“, said Pope Francis in his address after the Angelus.
Apostolic Nuncio to Bosnia and Herzegovina announced a press conference to be held on Monday, February 2nd 2015. at 9.30 AM at the Apostolic Nunciature in Sarajevo, Pehlivanuša 9. On this occasion Apostolic Nuncio in BiH, Msgr. Luigi Pezzuto and Archbishop of Vrhbosna Cardinal Vinko Puljić will talk about the upcoming visit of Pope Francis to Bosnia and Herzegovina. (kta)
